What happens if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the package. Please note that in rare cases, you may receive a package that got bent or deformed during the transportation process. This does not mean that your package is damaged. Please check and evaluate the item/s inside first before contacting us.
