Return Policy
Do you accept returns?
At Emu Flair, we would like you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item/s you have purchased from us under the following conditions:
- We have a 15 day return policy.
All item/s to be returned must be returned within 15 days after receiving the item.
- For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the entire package must be in its original packaging and unopened, unworn and unused with all tags and safety seals in place. If the original packaging has been interfered with in any way and any of the tags or safety seals have been altered, removed or tempered with, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.
- We will also require you to provide a proof of purchase in order for us to process your return/exchange.
- Please note that all our hair products are not eligible for return. These include:
- Anti-Dandruff Leave-In Spray
- Extra Hold Styling Gel
- Heat Protection Spray
- Lace Melting Mousse
- Lace Melting Spray
- Wax Stick
Steps to follow for a return/exchange:
- Please note that before you return any items to us, you will kindly need to contact us through our chat option available on the bottom right side of our website so that we can guide you through the return process. Alternatively, you can also send us an e-mail to info@emuflair.com or emuflair@yahoo.com
- Once we have approved your return/exchange, we will provide you with the address where you can ship your package back to us.
- Any items sent back to us without contacting us before / prior to returning the item will not be accepted.
- Once we have received your approved return/exchange, we will evaluate it and contact you. If your return/exchange is approved, we will issue store credit within 5 business days.
By placing an order, you accept that you have carefully read and understood our return policy and agree to it.
