How To Wear Clip-In Hair Extensions

• Section off your hair in a line where you would like to place the hair extension. Try to keep the line as straight as possible. Clip up the above section to separate it from the rest of the hair. You can also clip the below sections aside to keep things clean and simple.
• Hold the extension pieces up to the part you just created to figure out where it should go. Brush through the below section in that area and then tease at the root to help keep the extensions stable.
• Make sure all clips on the extension are open. Then, holding the extension piece on either end, place the clips right at the shaft of the hair/base of the scalp. That's where they will be the most secure and best hidden.
• Repeat until you achieve your desired look. You can use as many or as few as you like, depending on the look you're going for.

Care Instructions:

• Detangle the hair extension: Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to gently remove any tangles from the hair. Always start combing gently and carefully from the bottom working your way section by section towards the top. To ease the combing process and avoid any pulling that can damage the extension, you can use our Anti-Dandruff Leave-In Spray which is a perfect detangler and moisturizer.
• Fill a sink or basin with lukewarm water: Make sure the water is not too hot, as this can damage the fibers of the hair.
• Add shampoo: Add shampoo to the water and mix it in.
• Soak the hair extension: Place the hair into the water and gently swish it around for a few minutes without rubbing or pulling the hair.
• Rinse the hair extension: Remove the hair from the water and rinse it thoroughly with clean water until all the shampoo is removed.
• Apply conditioner: Apply conditioner to the hair, focusing on the ends. Leave the conditioner on to work in for a few minutes.
• Rinse the hair extension: Rinse the hair thoroughly with clean water until all the conditioner is removed.
• Gently pat the hair dry to remove any excess water. Do not wring or rub the hair as this can cause damage.
• Air dry the hair extension.
• Style the hair extension: Once the hair is dry, use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to style it as desired.

Return Policy

• We have a 15 day return policy.

All item/s to be returned must be returned within 15 days after receiving the item.

• For an item to be eligible for return or exchange, it must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the entire package must be in its original packaging and unopened, unworn and unused with all tags and safety seals in place. If the original packaging has been interfered with in any way and any of the tags or safety seals have been altered, removed or tempered with, we will not be able to offer a return or exchange.
• We will also require you to provide a proof of purchase in order for us to process your return/exchange.
• Please note that all our hair products are not eligible for return. These include:

Steps to follow for a return/exchange:

• Please note that before you return any items to us, you will kindly need to contact us through our chat option available on the bottom right side of our website so that we can guide you through the return process. Alternatively, you can drop us an email through our email address: emuflair@yahoo.com
• Once we have approved your return/exchange, we will provide you with the address where you can ship your package back to us.
• Any items sent back to us without contacting us before / prior to returning the item will not be accepted.
• Once we have received your approved return/exchange, we will evaluate it and contact you. If your return/exchange is approved, we will issue store credit within 5 business days.
